David Richards

David co-founded RCI in 1997. As an active member of The Broadway League, he has served on the Board of Governors of The Broadway League as Secretary/Treasurer, Co-Chair of the League Biennial Conference, and as the Co-Chair of the Labor Committee. David has his undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Music from Duke University and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business. Danielle Karliner Naish

Dani joined the RCI team in 2019. She has general managed productions including Liberation, The Heart of Rock & Roll, Spamalot, All the Devils Are Here, Shucked, & Juliet, Pictures From Home, Ohio State Murders, The Sound Inside, Chicken and Biscuits, The Great Society, The Minutes and American Buffalo and the 1st National Tour of the Tony Award winning revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma! Prior to joining RCI, Dani was at 321 Theatrical Management working on productions including Heidi Schreck’s What The Constitution Means To Me, Wicked, Spongebob Squarepants, Fun Home, War Paint, Fully Committed and Oh, Hello On Broadway and was a General Manager Off Broadway at DR Theatrical Management. She received her M.F.A. from Columbia University’s Theatre Management & Producing Program and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from The University of Miami. Dani is a member of the Broadway and Off Broadway Leagues.


Joe Christopher

Joe originally joined the RCI team in 2015. At RCI, Joe has general managed productions including Gypsy, Spamalot, Shucked, & Juliet, Pictures From Home, Ohio State Murders, M. Butterfly and Significant Other, the 1st national tours of Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Roundabout Theatre Company’s Cabaret and the off-Broadway production of Building the Wall. He also served as Associate General Manager for Anastasia, Amelie, Fiddler on the Roof, China Doll, and Dames at Sea. Prior to RCI, Joe served as a General Manager at Troika Entertainment for the 1st national tours of Sister Act, Evita, Joseph…Dreamcoat, and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Wizard of Oz (also Toronto), as well as Associate General Manager at The Kennedy Center for the pre-Broadway revivals of Ragtime, Follies and Master Class. From 2018-2022, Joe worked at RWS Entertainment Group, initially leading the company’s theatrical ventures division before serving as its Senior Vice President of Production. Joe is a member of The Broadway League and a graduate of Niagara University.


Beverly Edwards

Beverly is thrilled to be a part of RCI Theatricals. Current General Management projects include the Broadway, West End, Australia, Amsterdam, Japan and Korea productions of Hadestown. Also, with RCI Theatricals, Beverly served as the General Manager on Broadway to Harmony, Take Me Out, The Inheritance, and Anastasia. US Tours include Hadestown and Anastasia. Previously, Beverly served as General Manager in London on the West End productions of Stephen Ward, Jersey Boys, Rock of Ages, Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Lazarus. As a Company Manager, her Broadway credits include: Present Laughter, A Behanding in Spokane, Hamlet, Curtains, Chicago, Mamma Mia, The Wedding Singer. US National Tours include: Ann, The Life of Ann Richards, God of Carnage, Frost/Nixon, Mamma Mia. Beverly is a graduate of Point Park University. Beverly is also a member of the Broadway League and a former member of the Society of London Theatre (SOLT).


Kevin Greene

Kevin is thrilled to be a part of the RCI General Management team. His current projects include Data (Off Broadway), Hadestown (2nd National Tour), Spamalot (1st National Tour), and Farewell My Concubine, and previous projects include Glengarry Glen Ross (Broadway), Our Town (Broadway), and Jagged Little Pill (1st National Tour). Kevin is also responsible for the ongoing maintenance of Ain’t Too Proud (Broadway), A Christmas Carol (Broadway), and A Soldier’s Play (1st National Tour). Prior to joining RCI, Kevin was at Work Light Productions, as General Manager on the following projects; Ain’t Too Proud (1st National Tour), Jesus Christ Superstar (50th Anniversary-1st National Tour), Something Rotten! (1st & 2nd National Tour), and Motown (2nd National Tour). Kevin took a circuitous route to General Management, first spending many years as a performing artist. He holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College, and is a proud father to a wonderful 7 year-old boy. 


Kyle Christopher

Kyle is thrilled to rejoin RCI after her initial tenure from 2010 to 2015. Most recently, she served as the General Manager of the Broadway productions Bob Fosse’s Dancin’ and KPOP at Joey Parnes Productions. Her extensive Broadway credits include Gary: A Sequel to Titus Andronicus, Hillary and Clinton, King Lear, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Waverly Gallery, Carousel, Three Tall Women, The Iceman Cometh, Meteor Shower, Indecent, The Visit, It's Only a Play, You Can't Take It With You, All the Way, and Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella, among others. Select Off-Broadway credits include: Dot, Indecent, This Day Forward, Kid Victory, Can You Forgive Her? (Vineyard Theatre); Clever Little Lies and The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey, among others. She also worked on the West End production of Crazy For You and the national tours of Hello, Dolly!, Cabaret, Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Anything Goes, Blithe Spirit, and The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess. 


Bobby Driggers

Bobby Driggers is happy to be bringing Data to the Lucille Lortel Theatre with RCI. Bobby has worked as a company manager for 25 years, and most recently served as the Company Manager of Call Me Izzy on Broadway. This will be his third time working with RCI Theatricals (The Sound Inside, All the Devils Are Here). Selected credits: Doubt (original Broadway production), The 39 Steps, On Your Feet! 


Steve Hohne

Steve is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of leadership experience in accounting and operations. Originally from Maryland, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics from McDaniel College. Steve began his career in public accounting, earning his CPA license in 2010. He moved into corporate accounting and finance, focusing on creative fields. Before joining RCI as Director of Finance, Steve served as the Controller at The Public Theater and RAA, Inc. (a museum & exhibition design firm), where he combined financial expertise with a deep passion for the arts.


Georgina Ratnatunga

Originally from London, Georgina began her theatrical career producing and managing shows in London, Edinburgh, and on tour around the UK and Eastern Europe. With a growing interest in the US theatre landscape, she moved to New York to pursue an MFA in Theatre Management and Producing at Columbia University. Most recently Georgina worked at RWS Entertainment Group, first in the theatrical ventures and ticketed experiences division and then in production operations for live entertainment in theme parks across the US. She is thrilled to be returning to RCI Theatricals where she previously worked on Children of a Lesser God, Torch Song, American Son and Oklahoma! on Broadway as well as The Heart of Rock & Roll and Jagged Little Pill in development. 


Justin Black

Justin is thrilled to be a part of the RCI Theatricals team as an Associate General Manager. Previously, Justin has worked as a theater professional in New York City since 2013, spending time most recently on projects including Dear Evan Hansen (Broadway, Toronto, Tour), Pretty Woman (Broadway, London, Germany), Betrayal, Frankie & Johnny, Burn This, and Sunday In The Park With George which reopened the historic Hudson Theatre. Current projects include the Broadway, Korean and US Touring productions of Hadestown. Also, with RCI Theatricals, Justin served as the Assistant General Manager to Harmony (Broadway), The Inheritance (Broadway) and Anastasia (US Tour). Justin is a graduate of Muhlenberg College.


Gabrielle Johnson-Nieporent

Gabrielle is thrilled to join the RCI Theatricals team. Prior to returning to the theater industry, she served as Director of Special Projects for The Myriad Restaurant Group, helping re-open and operate their restaurants after the COVID-19 shutdown. She was previously at Charlotte Wilcox Company where she worked on productions including Beautiful – The Carole King Musical (Broadway, 1st National Tour, West End, UK Tour, Australia), On Your Feet: The Story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan, Sunset Boulevard (starring Glen Close), Bandstand, Allegiance and Once Upon a One More Time. She also served as a stage management production assistant on Roundabout’s On the Twentieth Century and Disney’s Newsies First National Tour. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Theater and Sociology from Skidmore College.


Alexander Parra

Alex is excited to be part of the RCI team as the Associate Finance Director. Prior to joining the RCI team, Alex was at Roundabout Theatre Company and Jujamcyn Theaters, and he was the Engagement Manager on multiple national tours including JERSEY BOYS, LES MISERABLES, and WAR HORSE. He is an alumnus of the University of San Diego and is happy he has been able to work in theatre since graduating.


Megan Ringeling

Megan is thrilled to rejoin RCI after her initial tenure where she served as the Assistant General Manager of The Minutes, American Buffalo, The Sound Inside, and The Great Society.  She previously served as the General Manager for The Acting Company as well as the Associate General Manager/Company Manager of MCC Theater, working on over 20 mainstage productions and countless workshops, readings, and developmental projects.  Other Company Management credits include the Broadway production of Once, Bard Summerscape, and New York Stage and Film.


Bradley Baumhover

Bradley is delighted to join the RCI Theatricals team. He previously worked as the Production Finance Associate at the Williamstown Theatre Festival and as an Assistant Company Manager for the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center (National Puppetry Conference, National Playwrights Conference, National Music Theater Conference, Cabaret & Performance Conference, and the National Critics Institute). Bradley is a proud alumnus of the Theatre Management program at the University of Evansville, where he also earned minors in Business Administration and Political Science


Marissa Parrott

Marissa brings nearly a decade of experience in theatre operations and administration, with a background spanning production, venue management, front-of-house, and artist support. A graduate of Kean University’s BFA Theatre Performance program, she gained early experience working with both Kean Stage and Premiere Stages. Prior to joining RCI Theatricals, Marissa was at Jujamcyn Theaters and ATG Entertainment, where she supported Theatre Operations teams, managed projects across multiple Broadway venues, and oversaw the Theatre Operations Internship Program. She is thrilled to expand her experience in general management and new show development as a member of the RCI Theatricals team.


Sophie Stiker

Sophie is thrilled to join RCI theatricals as an Assistant General Manager after her internship at RCI in the fall of 2025. In Los Angeles, she worked at a variety of regional theaters including East West Players and the Geffen Playhouse, as well as the Hollywood Pantages Theatre. Sophie is a proud graduate of UCLA, where she was the Executive Director of the university’s queer student theatre company for two years, producing and stage managing 10 shows throughout college.


Isaac Evans

Isaac Evans joined RCI in 2025 after a decade at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C., where served most recently as Senior Director of Sales & Audience Services. Favorite projects at RCI include & Juliet and Liberation (Broadway) and Data (Off-Broadway). Other favorite past projects worked on include Bedwetter, Swept Away, Cambodian Rock Band, Dave (Arena Stage), Admissions, and Hand to God (Studio Theatre, DC). Outside of the work Isaac was involved with onstage at Arena Stage, he also spearheaded contracting and implementing a mass vaccination site at Arena Stage, where vaccinations were delivered to 16,000 during the pandemic. Beyond Arena, Isaac has worked with theatres from coast-to-coast as a consultant and has also served as an instructor for Tessitura’s Learning Center.  He lives in Washington Heights with his four-legged bestie Dobby.


Mike Miller

Mike Miller is thrilled to be joining the RCI team. Mike has been working in theatre since 2010, previously in casting for Stephen Kopel Casting and The Roundabout Theatre Company. Credits include: Broadway: Moulin Rouge!, Jagged Little Pill, Beautiful, Kiss Me Kate, The Play That Goes Wrong, 1776, Angels in America, Head Over Heels. New York: Songs for a New World, Skintight. Regional: Chess, We Live in Cairo. Mike is also an enthusiastic, though still very amateur, baker.


John Weicher

John is excited to join the RCI team and return to his love of theater. After graduating from The New School with a double major in Theater and Media Studies, John began working in television at Bowling/Miscia Casting. He got his first job on season nine of Blue Bloods and continued on through the end of the series. Additional casting projects include FBI, Harlem, Lioness, Partner Track, The Flight Attendant, and more. Between projects, John worked as an audition coach, haunted house manager, and dog walker.

Ruthie Behrendt

General Management Intern

Ruthie is a New York-based student excited to join the RCI Theatricals team as an Intern. She is currently studying at Cornell University, where she pursues interests in literature, writing, and psychology. Beyond theatre, Ruthie enjoys other creative endeavors including painting and writing. She is especially eager to learn more about the financial, contractual, and operational side of commercial theatre while gaining hands-on industry experience. Ruthie is honored to be part of the RCI intern cohort and looks forward to contributing to the team.


Jason Trent Dickstein

General Management Intern

Jason is a Theater Arts and Creative Writing double major and English minor at Brandeis University. He has been acting since childhood, and has been involved in all aspects of the theater, including writing, improv, directing, and crew. His most recent roles include Odysseus in The Odyssey and The Child in The Lysistrata. During the academic year, he works as a Dance Motivator for Siagel Productions at Bar and Bat Mitzvah parties. He also works as an announcer at NCAA Volleyball Games on Brandeis Campus. He is a Dean's List student and a recipient of the Bauman Scholars Award. He recently participated in the Highline Capital AREX Finance Bootcamp. He intends to make the most of the summer here with RCI Theatricals.


Qinyi Hua

General Management Intern

Qinyi Hua is a theatre administrator from Shanghai, China, and is thrilled to be joining the RCI Theatricals team this summer. She is passionate about fostering cultural exchange across theatre markets through her work as a producer. Her practice has taken her from Shanghai to New York City, where she has worked with Sleep No More Shanghai, Theatre Young, PTP/NYC at Atlantic Stage 2, the Women in Theatre Festival, and Harmonia Theatrical. Qinyi is a recent graduate of Middlebury College and is currently pursuing her MFA in Theatre Management & Producing at Columbia University.


Eshan Kabir

General Management Intern

Eshan is thrilled to be joining the RCI Theatricals team. He is a NYC-based theatre administrator and composer passionate about the development of original work. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Columbia University, where he serves as the Performing Arts Representative of the Activities Board of Columbia, managing student theatre and facilitating finance and administration for campus arts organizations. His previous arts credits include Newsies (Columbia Musical Theatre Society, Music Director) and Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812 (Columbia Musical Theatre Society, Music Director). Eshan is looking forward to developing his knowledge about the theatre industry and administrative management through RCI’s internship program.


Taylor McMullen

General Management Intern

Taylor is a Houston native with a strong passion for arts administration, theatre business, and directing. She is a rising senior at Northwestern University studying Economics, with minors in Theatre and Business Institutions, and a certificate in Management of Creative Industries. Professional experience includes working as a Business Assistant for the Williamstown Theatre Festival and as a Script Reader for the Alley Theatre. At Northwestern, she recently directed a production of Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 and served as the Executive Director of the experimental theatre group Sit & Spin. She is thrilled to dive into the commercial theatre world as part of the RCI Summer Intern Cohort!

His previous Broadway credits include The Kite Runner (Assistant Company Manager), Macbeth (Assistant Company Manager), and Paradise Square (Assistant Company/General Manager). Kevin graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2017 with a BA in Theatre, and is originally from Bayonne, New Jersey.

Lindsay Kaplan

Denny Daniello

Celebrating more than a decade working for RCI Theatricals as a Company Manager for their national tours, Denny presently manages the & Juliet Tour. Previous RCI tours include Hadestown, Anastasia, Cabaret, Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella, Anything Goes and The Exonerated. Other national tours: The Humans, West Side Story, Grease, The Drowsy Chaperone, Sweet Charity, Little Women, Chicago, Scrooge: The Musical, Spider-Man Live, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, starring the legendary Ann-Margret; Arthur: A Live Adventure; Fiddler on the Roof and A Chorus Line.

Dhyana Colony

Company Manager, Shucked National Tour

Dhyana is thrilled to be working on her fourth RCI show - having toured previously with Jagged Little Pill, Oklahoma! and Twelve Angry Men and now Shucked. Company management credits include The Secret Garden (Center Theatre Group), What the Constitution Means to Me (1st National Tour), Elf on the Shelf – A Magical Journey, Jersey Boys (2nd National), Chicago (Broadway & National Tour), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (1st National), Hairspray (1st National), Les Misérables (Marius Company Tour), Fosse (1st National), Lincoln Center Theater’s Thou Shalt Not (Broadway).  Dhyana previously served as the Associate General Manager of the Dallas Theater Center.  Other credits include A Charlie Brown Christmas Tour (General Manager), Million Dollar Quartet 17-18 Tour (Executive Producer), The Amazing Tour is Not on Fire (Associate General Manager).  Dhyana has played more than 150 cities in the US, Canada and Asia.

Maya Slaughter

Maya is thrilled to be joining the Shucked and RCI Team! She was most recently the Assistant Company Manager of the Pretty Woman National Tour and worked on marketing with the National Tours of Hamilton and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. She is a proud graduate of Northwestern University (BA Theatre, Theatre Management, Marketing) and is originally from New Jersey.

 

James Neal

Company Manager, Spamalot Tour

James is grateful to be returning to RCI for a third production and bringing this hysterical show across North America. Having had the joy of working on the tours of Oklahoma! and Shucked he is thrilled to reunite with the RCI team and be part of Spamalot. Other previous tours include: Disney's Frozen, Disney's Aladdin, and Charlie...Chocolate Factory. He is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida and holds a B.S. in Entertainment Management and M.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Kat McIntyre

Assistant Company Manager, Spamalot Tour

Kat McIntyre is excited to be joining RCI for her first time on the road! She is thrilled to bring SPAMALOT to cities across North America. Originally from Michigan, Kat graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BA in Arts and Entertainment Management. Kat was recently the Company Manager of Beau The Musical Off-Broadway and served as the General Management Fellow at Roundabout Theatre Company, where she assisted on productions of Yellow Face, English, and Pirates! The Penzance Musical.

 

Elise Brown

Company Manager, Hadestown 2nd National Tour

Elise is thrilled to be joining the RCI and Hadestown 2nd National Tour teams! She brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as Company Manager for Holland America Line with RWS Global, where she served for two years. Originally from Warren, PA, Elise is a proud graduate of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts and holds a Master’s degree in Performing Arts Administration from New York University.

Ellie Howell

Assistant Company Manager, Hadestown 2nd National Tour

Ellie is so excited to be making her national tour debut with Hadestown! Having just concluded her time at RCI Theatricals as a General Management Intern, she is eager get out on the road and continue collaborating with this amazing team. Ellie has loved theatre since she was 8 years old and thanks the Wake Forest theatre department for fostering her love of the art and encouraging her to pursue it professionally. She has been an actress, director, producer, and production manager over the years, but her company management journey began at Theatre Aspen as the Company Management Apprentice in the summer of 2025. Now, Ellie’s overjoyed that she gets to continue to pursue theatre by traveling with her very favorite musical.

 

Tyler Pascucci

Insha Noorani (she/her) is a 2024 graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. As a Dallas local, she grew up working with children at community theaters in the area as a performer, counselor, stage manager, and director. She has most recently completed a fellowship on the 20th anniversary revival of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, in addition to previous internships with Jujamcyn Theaters and The John F. Kennedy Center of the Performing Arts. She looks forward to continuing her management education with RCI. In her free time, Insha is a dancer and singer who loves to crochet, cook, and read.

Chris is thrilled to be working on several development projects with RCI. Previously, Chris was a creative producer at RWS Global, producing live entertainment for theme parks and resorts. Company manager credits include Little Shop of Horrors at the Westside Theatre, and Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes and Creditors at Minetta Lane Theatre.
